Hip Hop I

One of the most popular and familiar forms of stylized American Dance. Television and movies utilize the free, rhythmic and fun tones of jazz dance. In these classes we teach stylized technique along with popular moves in a positive environment using Christian hip hop music. It also gives the dancer knowledge in coordination, physical strength and promotes self-confidence. Intro & Beginning through advanced levels; Ages 5 through adult

Dress Code: All ballet, jazz and contemporary classes need to wear tights, a solid colored leotard and appropriate shoes, either ballet or jazz shoes. Dance shorts/skirts or leggings are allowed as cover ups. Hair should be pulled back and secured. No Dangling jewelry. All Hip Hop and tap classes may wear any type of clothing that allows for free movement with appropriate shoes, either sneakers, combat boots or tap shoes.

Payment Information: All checks need to be made out to Redemptive Dance or RDM.

Trial Classes: During the first two weeks of the session, registered students may try any additional age and skill level appropriate classes for free.
