Redemptive Dance Ministries Announces Strategic Transition to Scalable Licensing
and Training Model

Littleton, CO — Redemptive Dance Ministries (RDM), a Christ-centered nonprofit
committed to discipling dancers through worship and movement, is excited to announce a
significant strategic shift from directly managing local chapters to a scalable licensing and
training model. This bold transition is designed to multiply the mission, empower local
leaders, and fuel national and international impact.

Founded in 2012, RDM has faithfully served families and communities through in-person
dance and discipleship programming. But with growing demand, limited bandwidth, and
the clear prompting of the Holy Spirit, the ministry is stepping into a new season — focused
on equipping others to carry the mission forward.

“This isn’t a step back — it’s a faithful step forward,” said Heather Johnson, Founder and
Executive Director. “We’re making room to train, resource, and release a new wave of
Kingdom-minded dance leaders who can impact their own communities, schools,
churches, and nations.”
The new model will:

• License local leaders to run RDM-branded chapters in their regions
• Provide certification in Christ-centered instruction and leadership
• Offer ready-to-use curriculum, choreography, branding, and mentorship
• Expand digital and in-person training opportunities
• Increase national awareness and support for RDM’s international mission efforts

This transition allows RDM to focus its U.S. operations on training, media, partnerships,
and strategic fundraising — while continuing to support vibrant chapters across Kenya
through the newly formed Redemptive Dance Foundation NGO.

“We’re not shrinking — this is necessary for the vision of multiplication that God gave to
come to fruition,” said Johnson. “By releasing the management of local chapters and
raising up licensed leaders, we’re stewarding the vision with greater clarity and
sustainability. It’s about empowering the next generation of worshippers and leaders to rise
up.”
