Christ-Centered Instruction Certification

The Christ-Centered Instruction certification reframes how teaching and mentoring are approached by placing the heart of the person above the outcome of the lesson.

Rather than focusing only on results, this training equips instructors to guide students through encouragement, reflection, and prayer. Participants learn how to ask thoughtful questions, create space for the Holy Spirit to work, and prioritize spiritual formation alongside skill development.

This pathway helps instructors teach the way Christ would—seeing each student as a person to be discipled, not just a skill to be shaped.

Together, participants will learn how to:

  • Prioritize heart posture over performance

  • Ask questions that lead to self-reflection and growth

  • Teach with grace, patience, and encouragement

  • Create Christ-centered learning environments

  • Partner with the Holy Spirit in instruction
